Wheatless Flatbread

Wheatless Flatbread

Ingredients:
  • 2 c. rye flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder 
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp Instant dry milk
  • 2 Tbsp butter or vegetable oil

Instructions:
  • Combine rye flour, salt, and baking powder
  • In a separate bow combine milk, dry milk, honey, and butter/oil
  • Mix dry and liquid together until a smooth dough forms
  • Grease a baking sheet with butter or oil
  • Spread the dough 1/2 inch thick on the cookie sheet
  • Bake at 230C/ 450F about 10 minutes until golden-brown or until a fork comes out clean.
